Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Marketplace Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms of Use supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

Subscription Details

Title: Marketplace Manager Pro - Monthly Subscription
Length: 1 Month (auto-renewing)
Price: As displayed in the App Store (varies by region)
Features: AI-powered product identification, smart descriptions, and competitive pricing suggestions

Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• No refunds for the current subscription period when you cancel

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription price after the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. The trial period and pricing will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (Settings → App Store → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to transmit any harmful code or malware
• Abuse or overload our AI services
• Share your subscription access with others

AI-Powered Features

The App uses third-party AI services (xAI) to provide product identification and pricing suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing suggestions or product identifications
• AI features require an active internet connection and subscription

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• xAI for AI-powered features
• Sentry for crash reporting and bug tracking
• Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji (via iOS Share Sheet)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
